Our firm takes a hands on approach when we represent a buyer or seller of residential real estate.  We understand how significant the sale or purchase of a residence is for most of our clients.  In addition to making sure that our buyers understand the property tax assessment situation, we ensure that they receive a fair credit from the seller for property taxes.  We also assist with evaluating the terms of financing, inspection issues, and survey and title matters.  For our sellers, we take a practical position in knowing that the goal is to get the property sold, and we strive to always be responsive to make sure our clients best interests are properly represented.  We also specialize in short sales (with no out of pocket attorney fees for a short sale seller) and bank owned properties, estate sales, “as-is” properties, as well as “alternative” options such as clients wanting to rent to own or provide seller financing.
